Our Offering
Cellular therapy is a promising and growing therapeutic destination for malignant hematology, solid tumor oncology, and benign conditions like cirrhosis of the liver and autoimmune diseases.
We want to change the current model of healthcare, by expanding access to tertiary care, using cutting-edge therapies, and bringing it all closer to the patient.
We can help develop your cell therapy programs and clinical research through training and coaching on clinical operations and quality.
CellServe engages in a four-step methodology, utilizing essential tools for launching a safe and effective Cellular Therapy Program with the highest quality standards.

Assessment
Eligible facilities must have the necessary requirements to administer cellular therapy.
We perform a quantitative assessment and provide a Gap Assessment Report (GAR), either indicating readiness to proceed or specifying required steps to complete.

Preparation
We provide operational and quality training and support throughout all aspects of the program including: clinical, apheresis collection, bone marrow collection and cell processing. Our service includes assistance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clinical practice guidelines (CPGs). This phase ends with a Readiness Report (RR). The RR outlines gaps and improvement opportunities before the “green light” to move to the implementation phase.
Implementation
This phase is when the first cellular therapy occurs. We will coach you through a "practice" treatment without a patient and the data from this run will be summarized in a Debriefing Report (DR) that will be presented and discussed with the whole team. This discussion will confirm readiness to proceed with the first patient. We will be present in every step of the process, ensuring that all personnel, resources, and infrastructure are carefully coordinated.
Together we decide if support with additional patients is recommended.

Ongoing Support
We will provide you with a number of options for continuous support for as long as your cell therapy program needs it. This phase is mostly done remotely unless in-person consultation is deemed necessary or requested.
Additional Services:
Innovation and Clinical Research
CellServe partners with other organizations that have innovative cellular therapy products that fulfill our main mission: access. We get you closer to promising, cutting-edge new cellular therapy products by establishing and supporting the clinical research infrastructure required for the evaluation of cellular therapies in clinical trials. We prioritize cellular therapies that have easier manufacturing and lower cost among other benefits. This is likely the only chance for patients to receive cellular therapy in the majority of the world outside of the United States.
We provide you with the necessary tools to finalize the design and set up a clinical research infrastructure in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
